This muffin is comprised of flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, milk, egg, oil, black cardamom, orange blossom water and pine nuts.
I call it ‘Abu Mazen’.
Reason: While it might contain ingredients that would make it seem Arabic, it is in truth baked after an American recipe and it is also baked by and held firmly in the hand of a White.
